Parents of currently enrolled students can now sign up for a Spot TV account to live stream active classes.
This service is $5 per month, per family, and will auto bill with monthly tuition. Parents may cancel at any time before the first of the month. No refunds once service has been billed.

When registering for Spot TV, parents must use the same email address listed in their Parent Portal account.
All parents, relatives, and guardians seeking access to watch live stream must also be listed in the Parent Portal. Each Monarch family can request up to four Spot TV logins.

Once the registration form has been submitted, Monarch will confirm the information provided and accept or deny requests within 24 hours. Each approved user will have access to live stream their dancer's class(es). The Spot TV link will go live in the Parent Portal during class time(s). Each approved user will be allotted 5 logins per day with 40 minutes of consecutive viewing time. For the safety and security of all dancers, do not share login information. Account access will be locked once the maximum number of logins, per day, have been reached.

The authorized parent or contact with login credentials for Spot TV and the Parent Portal will have access to watch live stream classes.
- Watch Spot TV during an active class - Click on the Spot TV (icon). The active class will be visible in the main window.
- Classes may also be viewed on Spot TV's website or by downloading the Spot TV Family app.

- Close relatives/guardians may sign up for an account AFTER a Monarch Parent has an approved account.
- If a family withdraws, transfers, or adds a class, their class access will be updated accordingly.
- Classes may be viewed via the Parent Portal (preferred method), via Spot TV website or by downloading the Spot TV Family app.
- Live stream classes do not include audio due to licensing restrictions.
- Contact Spot TV technical support directly with any issues, M-F 8:00-5:00 PM CST at 1-844-307-7768.
- Parents may need to re-enter login information during a viewing session(s). This may be due to buffering or unexpected connection issues. Each user is allotted 5 logins per day and should cover access needed to watch live classes. Avoid reaching daily login limits by not sharing login information.
